Welcome to the New Website

Dear patients we are excited to announce the launch of our new user-friendly Website.  You can book GP routine face to face appointments and request routine telephone advice up to two weeks in advance. Your medication can be requested up to one week in advance so you don’t run out and also find self-help advice and self-referral options. We are also adding some Nurse and Healthcare appointments, although these will be limited initially.

The online service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week not only to book but also to cancel appointments. We appreciate how difficult it is to contact us due to the high volume of calls we receive daily, therefore this will help reduce the amount of time spent trying to get through the practice, which will be much more flexible and convenient for you.  If you haven’t already done so, please sign up for our online service either by downloading the NHS APP or via our Reception Team, proof of identity will be required to sign up.  If you require an Interpreter present, you must contact the surgery to book an appointment as these require a longer time and Interpreters have to be booked in advance so therefore not bookable online.

We hope you enjoy using our website and thank you for your continued co-operation.
